“Around the level of expectation. Lower allowable costs, but at a higher %. All very good, but two points to note:- 1) Although I expect strict adherence to HMRC rules, I also want advice on how we can maximise the claim. At times it felt like the policeman role was more of a priority than helping to find ways to increase. 2) The staff analysis by person was left until the end and this required more detail this year. At the end of the final review call, only then it became apparent that the allowable wage cost was way below last years figure. This should have been highlighted and reviewed earlier, otherwise the claim would have been much lower. On the whole though, we were very happy with the service, flexibility and support.”
