We accept that this was in part due to the fact that this was the first audit carried out by CP after decades with Mazars, but there seemed to be issues with the work done during the audit that was not monitored/checked to ensure that it was sufficient prior to sign off. However we did get the accounts signed and filed in a time that did not upset our bankers and James worked very hard to recover time lost and make sure that CP had carried out all of the required audit work to enable the accounts to be signed off.”
