“This year has been significantly smoother than last year, especially in terms of preparation of the stats. Our comments from the prior year were reflected in the initial drafts. The only thing to note was that for this year’s stats, when there was a late change to the numbers this wasn’t always updated in the narrative so it would be helpful if someone quickly checked the accounts again prior to sending them to us. The audits themselves seemed very well organized and communication from the audit team was very good – our emails were responded to very quickly and the weekly catch up calls were very helpful. One area of improvement would be to perhaps make the TB’s that are sent to tax clearer in terms of any audit adjustments that have been made – providing explanations as to what these relate to. Overall we are really happy with the level of service received – these audits this year have been surprisingly painless this year – a refreshing change!”

“We continue to receive very good support from the team at Cooper Parry aided by Snapshot which has really improved the efficiency of our service charge reconciliation process. There has been frustrations this year in the additional information that has been asked for/required as back-up to some of our queries and whilst we now understand the reason behind this we felt that communication could have been better.”

“We are relatively happy but we do not yet seem to have cracked meeting the deadlines which we all agree. I accept that some of this is down to our own internal issues but believe that a significant delay is down to CP issues and I would like to see both sides eradicate them.”
