“Overall a seamless audit, however there are times when the communication between the audit team could be improved, with different people asking for the same information or same explanations.”

Only slight concern is level of resource, we have to pick which properties to prioritise as not enough hands. We are growing very fast and need to ensure CP have resource available to maintain good level of service we have at the moment”

It leaves us questioning the fees we are paying for audit and tax when you get these types of fee quotes.”
