Cooper Parry advises clients on M&A and financings across the Business Services sector, including professional services firms (legal, compliance, insurance broking) business process outsourcing (such as energy services), FM including waste management and finally human capital management.

The outsourcing of non-core business functions has become a key strategy for many companies, whilst nearly all of our deals in services involve some degree of technology enablement.
