“Overall an excellent, proactive all round service from both the audit and tax teams. We were surprised and disappointed to receive some very large fee quotations for: Corporate Finance work (3 times other quotes received.) and Personal Trust work (4 times other quotes), which resulted in us placing this work elsewhere. It leaves us questioning the fees we are paying for audit and tax when you get these types of fee quotes.”

“Very intense time at the company and Cooper Parry has been there to support at each turn with a large amount of work completed in a short time. The goal focused approach has been great with the focus on the overall objective and looking at how to get the most done in the shortest time. Cooper Parry has also been very flexible in its approach to cater for our exact needs. Improvements could be the technology used in certain areas such as open requests from various departments. Also, a portal for invoicing would make payment much easier with user permissions for the details would make this process better. Currently various individuals send invoices to various other individuals and these are not processed by accounts payable as don’t reach them in a timely way. Some of the audit staff could do with some additional assistance on complex areas of the audit process. Certain areas of the process could be explained in more clearly for non-finance staff to reduce the burden on the internal finance team.”
