“The staff has always been courteous and a pleasure to deal with. One of the key items that has worked well was the audit staff’s ability to work within our calendar to get the audit done. Area where there could be some time saved is revenue testing. Hopefully the solution in this year’s audit will make the process go smoother in next year’s audit.”

“Brilliant relationship with team at CP. Very accommodating and friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I can’t fault them. Only slight concern is level of resource, we have to pick which properties to prioritise as not enough hands. We are growing very fast and need to ensure CP have resource available to maintain good level of service we have at the moment”

“Consistent service and understanding of the client. Building of working relationships and maintaining of key audit personnel annually where possible. Small personal touches distinguishing from the big 4 and co. Having worked with CP for over 25 years in FD and Head of Finance roles I know they deliver what they promise. Our MD probably needs a greater level of exposure to see the mutual benefits in addition but this is not a criticism more a statement of fact as needs more convincing than myself.”
“Cooper Parry other than other practices do things when they say they are going do them. You don’t need to chase. Also the people always seem have time for you as opposed to other firms who are just interested in increasing billable hours.”
