Only informed when I chased for an update and received an out of office from our contact saying she had left the business and I had to then contact another person I knew at Copper Parry for an update. Went a little close to the singing deadline, would prefer to sign earlier with all audit requests being completed at an earlier stage than happened. easy to work with and friendly team. “
