‘As WHS emerged from both COVID and the global supply change crisis, we needed to review our business and the support team around us. Our auditors at the time, one of the larger global businesses did not fit our needs. As a family owned company, it is important to us to have personal relationships with our advisors. We consider our annual audit to be pivotal and a time where we can have an independent review of our operations and processes. Cooper Parry and in particular Danny Parker matched our culture perfectly. Big enough to be professional but personal enough to care.

It was immediately clear that Cooper Parry understood our requirements. Our unique position in the automotive industry, a big Tier 1 supplier but a family at heart meant that our partners need to be equally different.

Quickly after engaging with Danny, we embarked upon an acquisition which trebled the size of our business and Cooper Parry advised us all the way. We have embarked upon a journey seeing us become one of the largest independently owned businesses in our sector and it is important now to ensure that we retain our culture all the way. Cooper Parry are helping us with this journey.

To summarise the difference between Cooper Parry and all the other audit firms we have worked with – personal relationships combined with a real people first approach is the differentiating factor.’
