“Steph is very helpful and the audits have run well. I think they have linked in well with XPS. who have taken over the audits and worked to resolve some issues following the transitions. I would hope given the work that has been done, the audit this year should be slightly more smooth. Steph is always on hand to answer queries and I feel the audit is always progressing and definitely make the process a lot more straightforward.. Only one thing to possibly review is in terms of invoicing, as i know one invoice was sent just before the accounts were signed and you weren’t able to release the accounts until this had been paid.”

“Simon always goes above and beyond and makes himself available at very short notice for our requests. We have missed Charlotte this year and due to some staff changes at CP, there was a delay in some of our audit work being done.”

“The one star reduction relates mainly to the communication surrounding fees. I was disappointed that we were told so late in the year about the large increase in the fee. If this had been done earlier in the year it would have enabled us to go out to tender. I don’t know whether we would have gone elsewhere but nevertheless we felt we had no choice. In addition the request for additional fees at the clearance meeting I felt was not appropriate and that this should have happened before the time had been incurred. I understand that it takes a while to get used to a new system and I don’t know how long Inflo has been in use but I did get numerous requests for documentation that was already uploaded onto the system. I believe that the audit planning was undertaken by different personnel to the actual audit team which perhaps didn’t help. Having said the above the audit team was great and lovely to deal with. Thanks very much for getting all the documents to me in time for distribution to meetings.”
