“Service has been great in the year, if I were to make it a five I would ask that the content of the general comms were more relevant to me, very focused on one or two sectors. As an example I get e-shots from BDO that are great, tailored to manufacturing and linked to Make UK”

“Good collaboration and feedback. This largely drives the 4 star rating. Rating not 5 because: Audit fairly smooth, but had a slight disruption with resource rolling off the audit, resulting in repeat questions and requests. Like the Inflo but felt unsupported at the beginning on how to use it – suggest that someone give a short overview as I didn’t know where to go!”

“CP team friendly, helpful and patient. As an organisation, we need to appreciate the importance of working to the audit time schedules agreed at the pre-audit meetings. Useful to have a central portal for collating data however frustrating that data can not be automatically uploaded to INFLO if a request is closed.”

“Clear communication and support throughout and everything kept on track, last minute change to Board date accommodated – very much appreciated. Reports are clear and easy to understand. Maybe earlier access to the portal might help, is it possible to streamline/prioritise the number of requests in any way / provide a format for some of the general info requested to save time/queries? Thanks to all, your support, time and responsiveness throughout the process was very much appreciated!”

“Ben and the team work well with Emmaus. Ben’s knowledge on academies accounts is outstanding and we feel totally secure and supported by him and Simon. My only concern would be how Inflo is set up. We spend a huge amount of time loading the same evidence to different areas / requests on info. The count this year was the same document being requested 4 times. If you do not upload it, it then highlights actions not completed. Despite it being uploaded in 3 other places in the system. I think the way inflo is set up is really unhelpful and adds extra work to the team.”

“As a whole Cooper Parry have been really proactive throughout the audit process and engaged with fortnightly updates which were extremely useful in monitoring the progress of the Audit. The only feedback I would have is that when the management letter was received, there were items which were not flagged throughout the process which whilst it did not prevent the signing of the accounts; however came as a surprise and did raise alarm. It would be helpful if these are flagged sooner so that we are able to address them.”
