“Audit process (which is the majority of our interaction) is very efficient and always runs smoothly, so i would award 5 starts on the basis of audit alone, however ad-hoc service responses can be a bit slow in my personal opinion and we received some incorrect tax advice in the last year resulting in me having to pay a c£24k interest liability to HMRC, hence the lower score reflected above.”

“Timing is crucial, still awaiting for audited account for Dec YE to be issued, audit invoices are raised on your side but not forwarded by the accounts team to us, audit invoices should be issued once the financials are provided, some have been raised with incorrect amounts “

“The remote audit process is good and saves a lot of time for all concerned. It could be improved by, particularly the younger members of the team occasionally picking up the phone to ask a question – they sometimes rely too much on poorly worded questions put on Inflo, which means that we go backwards and forwards with responses “

“We only use audit services but I still feel that we’re getting the same lack-of-understanding questions which is frustrating. Knowledge from previous audits doesn’t seem to find its way to the team so they look a bit silly when they still don’t understand (e.g.) the stock system.
