“We are very satisfied with the service from Cooper Parry. The processes over the years we have used the company as our Auditor have significantly changed and are far more onerous then they used to be, but we have found support and guidance whenever we have needed it. It would be great to have a hybrid audit with remote and face to face interaction in the future. Since Covid we have experienced just remote audits and this has its own challenges. I think remote communication in the initial stages of the audit is appropriate but it would be good to have onsite/face to face during the final scrutiny stages to allow for the miss communications (lack of understanding from our end of the requests made, mostly) to be addressed at the time.”
