“A more positive engagement, compared to our previous auditors. Still seemed a little ‘dragged out’, but realise we were a late addition to your schedules. Occasionally the depth of detail requested seemed extreme and when discussed, a quicker work around was agreed. Inflo needs to message when an additional task is added, to avoid delays and confusion on outstanding tasks “

The increase in fees over the last two years now means you are very uncompetitive. The benefits outside of audit do not warrant the additional fees. These are not one year decisions so I am sorry but you will have lost us as a client for the foreseeable future. Based on fees 1/5 and I would struggle to recommend you on this basis.”

The fact that the High Growth team at Cooper Parry is a quasi startup itself helps – I think they have more empathy as a result. I have appreciated the willingness of the team to give direct advice and not “sit on the fence” – when I am paying for your advice, what I value is your opinion as a subject matter expert. Everyone I have dealt with has been incredibly friendly and made time at short notice for me. Only negative was that our annual account process was very rushed (this was partly our fault for engaging you late in the day), but we submitted our accounts on the day of the deadline and it felt like the team were under a lot of pressure (with multiple other commitments).”
