“High quality service. Advice and support that is given throughout the year is very valuable to us. Information is presented and explained very clearly so that it can be appreciated by all interested parties. We think that having someone on the external audit team with a sound knowledge of the UK educational system would have reduced our workload during the last audit. In addition, there is a year-on-year repeat in terms of some information provided for the audit. If this information was maintained by Cooper Parry during the contract period this would again help reduce our workload.”
