What do you do?

Hey, I’m Sophie, an Associate Partner in our Legal Team at Cooper Parry. I work with a range of clients on a variety of corporate transactions from mergers and acquisitions, investments and shareholder-specific matters to private company restructurings.

Why do you do it?

I thrive on untangling legal issues and solving problems. I enjoy working with other teams and professionals in a variety of disciplines on a range of matters. I also love working on high-profile transactions which end up in the news!

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I have been involved with lots of projects of varying sizes and complexities, helping clients achieve their goals and overcoming their problems.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

Sailing around the Caribbean – I was very close to achieving this two years ago in Antigua for a sailing trip with a group of friends… long story but sadly our yacht was impounded by Customs on the day of arrival!
