What do you do?

I advise business owners on a range of strategic options throughout their business journey.

Typically, this could be helping business owners consider growth options through securing investment or acquiring other businesses, or planning an exit strategy to help owners realising their investments within the business.

Why do you do it?

I love dealing directly with entrepreneurs and business owners, working closely and in the detail of the business to gain an understanding of what the business excels at and what makes it an attractive proposition to potential acquirers.

Having the opportunity to add value and support our clients through a major life event is ultimately very satisfying once a transaction completes.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve worked across a wide range of projects and sectors, including recent deals in the automotive, technology and industrials sectors.

Most recently, I advised on the sale of Dragon 2000, an automotive software specialist to Carlyle backed France-based Lacour Group.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

My favourite things tend to consist of sport, food or travelling, so I’ve a few trips planned that incorporate all three. In the next few years, I’ve love to go to Japan and experiences their different cultures, while getting across to Australia for the Ashes is firmly at the top of my list!
