Let’s talk today
Want us to call you? Let’s start a conversation!
What do you do?
I work as a mid-market M&A advisor in the Corporate Finance team at Cooper Parry – this role sees me working with privately owned business and institutional investors, advising on M&A strategy, buying and selling businesses and debt fundraising.
Why do you do it?
I have been at Cooper Parry over 10 years, having joined the firm’s audit practice in 2011 and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2014.
I joined the Corporate Finance team in 2015 and haven’t looked backed since. A significant amount of work and effort goes into every transaction – it is often a life changing event for our client and this brings an enormous sense of achievement when a deal crosses over the line.
What kind of projects have you been involved in?
At Cooper Parry, I have the opportunity to advise on a wide variety of transactions and work with a range of clients, including privately owned companies and institutional investors. I really enjoy the variety that this brings and it ensures that no two days are the same.
I have worked with some fantastic businesses across a range of client sectors including Healthcare, Business Services and Technology.
Some highlights include advising Nourish Care Systems on their investment from Livingbridge, the sale of Meater to Traeger and advising WestBridge on their investment in Bespoke Health and Social Care.
What’s on top of your bucket list?
Outside of work, I really enjoy golf and skiing. I also have a season ticket at Leicester City. Seeing them win the Premier League was definitely one to tick off the bucket list! I also went to all of our Champions League games… home and away!
Top on the bucket list is a round of golf at Augusta National!
