What do you do?

I prepare annual Service Charge Accounts for both commercial and residential properties. Think the upkeep of your office building’s reception or cleaning and gardening in a block of flats – that sort of thing.

Why do you do it?

One of my friends referred me into a job at CP way back in 2016. I had 3 great years working in Service Charge before going on to try a few different roles outside of the business.

In 2023 I was looking for a new job and the opportunity came up that I could rejoin CP! So, I’m back here now doing what I know best.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve been involved with a lot of different clients since joining. It’s great to gain experience across both commercial and residential managing agents and I get to see the different ways in which companies work too.

Since January 2024 I’ve been given the responsibility to keep some clients as up to date as possible, clearing backlog and historic accounts in a short period.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

Since last writing this I’ve ticked visiting Machu Picchu off my bucket list this summer!

I haven’t decided what the next adventure will be but I would like to complete the seven wonders of the world.

I still have an endless list of sporting events I’d like to go to as well – going to a World Cup, Italian Gran Prix and a Boston Celtics game are a few.
