I’m a Director in the Transaction Services teams in London, specialising in financial due diligence in mergers and acquisitions. I guide clients through complex financial landscapes, evaluating the buying or selling of businesses. My expertise helps them identify and manage risks, maximise opportunities, and ultimately make strategic decisions based on a clear understanding of the financial implications.

Why do you do it?

I enjoy helping clients navigate the financial intricacies of M&A deals. I thrive on building relationships and collaborating with clients, using my financial expertise to ultimately add tangible value to their transactions. Every project presents unique challenges, fostering continuous learning alongside brilliant colleagues and inspiring clients, making every day an exciting intellectual adventure.

I help businesses navigate both buying and selling, uncovering hidden gems and mitigating risks on the buy-side, while crafting compelling narratives for successful exits on the sell-side. My expertise extends beyond transactions, offering support with debt financing and vendor assistance, ensuring my clients make informed decisions every step of the way. Travelling around the world for a few months at some point!
