What do you do?

As a member of the CP Deals team, I consult clients on all things corporate finance related. This ranges from owners looking to sell shares in their existing businesses, acquire shares in a new business, raise funds for either of the aforementioned or preparing a business for a process. 

Why do you do it?

Working in corporate finance allows for a significantly varied work life, in a fast-paced environment. This keeps work exciting and creates space for development on various fronts through collaboration with various teams and people. 

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve been fortunate enough to have been involved in deals spanning a number of sectors – including Tech, Motor, Logistics, Industrial, Construction and Fast-Moving Food Products. These have ranged from disposals, acquisitions, fund raises and due diligence. 

What’s on top of your bucket list?

My bucket list isn’t numbered, but one thing on it is to visit the seven wonders of the world
