What do you do?

My day-to-day role entails creating, managing, and updating financial data books, sales documents, and researching potential buyers for projects. I work closely with many different managers on the team helping where I can and learn from them at the same time.

Why do you do it? 

In university I studied accounting & finance, so going into the industry was an easy choice to make. The big question for me was to where?

I ended up choosing corporate finance over any other opportunity due to how big of an impact we can make to people’s lives in this field.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I have helped in a wide variety of projects ranging from Renewables, Regulatory technology, through Manufacturing, to even Pre-school Education. Having the opportunity to work with such a range of different businesses really helps me to understand the world of business, which contributes greatly to my journey to achieve an ACA qualification.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

I am an animal enthusiast, having been brought up in the presence of many different animals. As such, I would like to visit different animal sanctuaries and with the help of the keepers there (and the consent of the animals), try and pet the inhabitants of the sanctuaries.
