Congratulations to over 100 graduates, school leavers and placement students who recently started their CP journey as part of our 2024 early careers intake.
We received a whopping 8,500 applications this year – a more than three-fold increase on the 2,500 applications for our 2023 intake.
The trainees will be located across our UK hubs, and they’ll boost a whole host of CP teams. From Audit, Tax and Business Services & Outsourcing to Corporate Finance, Finance and Operations.
To welcome the trainees to CP, we hosted our Launchpad event – a two-day offsite workshop bringing the entire 2024 cohort together. We discussed our values, strengths-based ways of working, sustainability journey, in-house D&I team and much more.
Adding to the excitement, we shared the news of CP securing a top spot in the prestigious 2024 Top 100 Global Inspiring Workplaces List. This incredible achievement reinforces our commitment to fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.
The new starters also discovered their personal strengths, how to excel in a high-performance culture while managing wellbeing, and what makes CP’s leaders tick in our Q&A.
