What do you do?

I get to know my clients to understand them and their business to deliver a high quality service. My role is to give them piece of mind over compliance requirements and personal goals such as wealth creation and financial family security. I have clients across manufacturing, recruitment, and energy, but I specialise in renewable energy infrastructure and chemical manufacturing businesses in the OMB and PE backed space.

Why do you do it?

I love business and I am constantly learning. I love hearing how people have made a successful company and the trials and tribulations along the way. I love creating the opportunities for people to grow. I love how CP is based on trust and ambition which allows me to flex my entrepreneurial spirit.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

There are always new projects arising with clients and internally. The exposure to a wide variety of commercial projects enables me to give a better client service and spot more opportunities.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

To develop my sons football club so that there is a team at every age group. The village football club almost disbanded in 2023 and I along with some other volunteers have been trying to change its fortunes. We have already made good progress in making it more financially sustainable and adding some additional teams.
