What do you do?

I am a Payroll Manager in the THG Early Stage team, leading the payroll team with experience of more than 10 years in the accounting payroll service.

As a team, we provide premium payroll/pension/BIK and PSA services to our AI(Artificial Intelligence) clients. We support our clients and their employees with their day-to-day queries (e.g. tax/NIC/pension income calculations) and any other payroll/pension/BIK/PSA-related queries/challenges they may face.  

Why do you do it?

I have fallen into it but I am actually love what I am doing. If I wasn’t doing this I would be a football player!  

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

Whilst working with a variety of individuals, partners and companies, it has become apparently clear that whilst working in payroll we are not just crunching numbers, processing payments and payslips rather we are the maestro orchestrating a symphony of financial harmony. By assisting clients by transforming their payrolls and streamlining the process, increasing efficiency and reducing errors ensuring the clients are compliant with all legislations.
