David works closely with his portfolio of contacts to provide confidential expert advice on strategic growth through acquisition, fundraising, debt advisory, valuations and exit planning.

He has been a corporate finance advisor for 22 years and has advised hundreds of companies across numerous sectors regarding strategy and corporate finance over that period, with estimated combined transaction proceeds in excess of £2.5bn. The majority of his deals have involved helping clients sell their businesses with deal values typically ranging from £5m up to £200m.

Outside of work, he is chairman of Lindow Cricket Club where he has played for over 24 years.
