2024, WHAT A YEAR IT’S BEEN

A YEAR TO REMEMBER AND AN EXITING NEW ERA AHEAD

As 2024 comes to a close, we’re taking a breather to look back at everything we’ve achieved together and, honestly, we’re feeling pretty grateful.

To end the year, we’ve announced a new chapter with Lee Equity, our new investment partner from New York. They’ve come on board at an exciting time, as we’ve grown faster than ever, bringing 11 amazing businesses into the CP family over the past two years. From UHY Hacker Young Manchester and Haines Watts London and Thames Valley, to Cloud Orca and Macrofin, every one of them has helped us expand our reach and strengthen what we can offer.

But it’s not just about the numbers or the deals (although we’re buzzing about hitting £180m turnover). What really stands out is how we’ve stayed true to who we are. Being a B Corp keeps us grounded, and we’ve smashed our sustainability goals while keeping our rebellious, people-first culture alive.

We’ve also seen fresh faces join us this year, loads of them.

A record number of grads and school leavers brought their energy and ideas into the mix, and we couldn’t be prouder of what they’re already adding to the team.

And, of course, a big thank you to you, our clients, colleagues, and community. None of this happens without your trust, support, and collaboration. We’ve celebrated together, solved challenges together, and grown together. And we can’t wait to do it all again in 2025.
