Our People
Let’s talk today
Want us to call you? Let’s start a conversation!
What do you do?
I lead our Technology and High Growth team in London, advising and supporting high growth and venture-funded companies in the tech community.
Why do you do it?
To give scale-ups and high growth companies the close-knit, relationship-led service they need. To breathe new life into the London market. And to help Cooper Parry become synonymous with the high growth, venture-funded ecosystem.
What kind of projects have you been involved in?
Before joining CP, I spent 20 years at Grant Thornton, where I created and led a cross-discipline, fast growth technology team in London. I established the firm’s profile and footprint in the high growth and venture-funded technology community and built a portfolio of clients who had raised in excess of £2bn venture capital.
I have worked with companies right across the tech sub-verticals, supporting founders and CFOs through the challenges of rapid growth. I am a connector and a troubleshooter, and am passionate about contributing to the success of early-stage and scale-up technology companies.
What’s on top of your bucket list?
I live a life very much in the present, not waiting for things to happen, of creating my own path, and of making dreams become a reality. I work hard and play hard and as a result am always travelling, always finding new things to experience, and always considering how I can grow. Given Cooper Parry’s mantra is ‘Make Life Count’ – its not difficult to see why I joined
Professionally speaking, I want to leave a legacy, to have created successful careers and to have supported companies and founders who have changed people’s lives. I strive for this every day.
Personally, having travelled east and west myself extensively, I want to explore more of the world off the beaten path, and connect with people’s lives in other ways with my wife and three kids as they grow up. Travel is where I feel most alive and where experiences can so positively change your perspective on life.
Oh, and by the time I’m 55, one way or another I’ll be living in Ibiza – but that’s another story!
