In 2012 he was appointed CEO, since then he has driven the firm’s ambitions to a new “Google-esque” office at East Midlands Airport and Blythe Valley Business Park, led our growth plan across the Midlands, London and Bristol, whilst also introducing a host of innovative ideas such as unlimited holidays and email curfew.
