    What do you do?

    I look after Recruitment and HR Operations – all geared from an employee experience perspective. Making sure that from first contact with CP, through to interview and onboarding, an employee’s experience is great. I play a role in how we engage and look after our staff when they are here working with my team on reward, payroll and learning and development.  

    Why do you do it?

    I started out in HR through recruitment many years ago, and have worked through lots of different HR roles. I love making sure people are well looked after at work, giving them the best possible environment to succeed. The business succeeds because of it’s people, and happy people make a great business – I love playing a part in that.  

    What kind of projects have you been involved in?

    Lots of projects around connecting people, sharing experiences and creating a safe environment to do so. People engagement is a big part of what I do, and most projects I work on stem from this – whether that be improving how we communicate, share, learn or feedback. My clients are the people in the business, so I measure results on how happy and successful our people are. 

    What’s on top of your bucket list?

    Right now? Probably going to Disney Land and the Florida resorts with my wife and my young son – I’ve been lucky enough to go myself and I’d love to share that magical experience with my family. Plus I do love the fastest, biggest rollercoasters 😉
