I support companies or individuals who are buying or selling businesses, providing a focused review of the financials to make sure that the price being proposed is reasonable and that everything is as it says on the tin.
Why do you do it?
I love providing valued advice to clients that saves them money, as well as the buzz of working on transactions and getting them over the line.
What kind of projects have you been involved in?
I have been involved in over 100 transactions since moving into Transaction Services in 2006, so you name it and I’ve seen it! The most recent project that stands out was delivering a due diligence report for a Seller within a 3-week timeframe – a new record and a quality report which received great feedback.
What’s on top of your bucket list?
Seeing a polar bear in its own habit. They are beautiful creatures and I fear how long they are going to be around for. That and seeing Norwich City lift the Premier League trophy. I know which one has a greater chance of happening….
