    What do you do?

I am an M&A advisor within the Cooper Parry Corporate Finance team. Focusing on the mid-market, my work involves advising entrepreneurs, management teams, private equity firms, and corporates through a wide range of corporate finance transactions such as acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings.

    Why do you do it?

I have been at Cooper Parry for five years, having previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant within the audit team, where I worked with a wide range of clients, from SME’s to listed-entities.

Since making the move into M&A, what excites me most is the opportunity to advise enthusiastic management teams and shareholders, across a diverse range of industries. It is a real privilege to have the opportunity to help facilitate entrepreneurial growth plans or realise value for shareholders as part of an exit.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I have been involved in a number of projects, spanning a range of sectors including Business Services, Industrials, Healthcare and TMT.

Recent highlights include supporting NothEdge Capital on the acquisition of Phoebus Software and the sale of SSE Audio Group to Solotech Inc.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

When I’m not advising on M&A deals, you’ll most likely find me miserably following Aston Villa FC so top of my bucket list (read: pipe dream) would be to follow Villa across Europe in the Champions League. More realistically, it would be to go to the Boxing Day Ashes Test and The Masters at Augusta.
