What do you do?

Well. No two days are the same. I’m part of the Community Team who look after everything in the office from meeting and greeting Clients, to ordering sweets for our Pick’n’Mix wall, organising team days out and decorating the office for events.

Why do you do it?

Simply because I love helping people out. Having spent 11 years in Retail Management it comes second nature to me. Being on hand to help where I can but also show to my creative side through visuals, gives me a real sense of purpose.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

One of my first projects was to establish and organise a calendar of monthly activities for what we call ‘CP Houses’. This is where we split into 4 teams matched with our Company Values and compete to drive collaboration across the office departments. This allowed me to be creative whilst gaining a deeper understanding of the Company’s values.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

To take my daughter to Walt Disney World Florida! Is it more for me? Yes of course! But there’s nothing wrong with living your childhood dreams through your daughter… right?!
