What do you do?
I advise business owners who want a full sale, partial sale or to raise funds for their business, and advise private equity or trade buyers looking to acquire. We work closely with you through the process from start to finish, using our experience and network to get you the best result possible.
Why do you do it?
I’ve always enjoyed getting to know new businesses, learning what makes them successful and understanding their market. It’s also a very rewarding task helping someone to achieve the best possible value for a business they have worked hard to build.
What kind of projects have you been involved in?
I’ve worked on a really wide variety of projects in some great sectors including sell side to a trade buyer in the consumer sector, buyside with Private Equity in the Healthcare sector and debt raising for a hardware leasing company.
What’s on top of your bucket list?
Outside of work I’m really into sport & travel so my bucket list is basically just a mix of these! Some things I’ve wanted to do for a while are to go on a Lions tour, Ski in Japan, watch the Masters in Augusta, and cycle Lands’ End to John o’ Groats.
