The landscape is moving fast. In business, it’s no different. So, to help stop the spread of COVID-19, the government has asked everyone to work from home and commence a period of social distancing.

We are all in this together and we are aware that Cooper Parry has its part to play in protecting the vulnerable in our society and ensuring that the NHS has the ability to care for the increased number of patients that it will inevitably see over the coming weeks and months.

This is why, we’ve taken the decision to close all of our office sites and to cease face-to-face meetings with our clients and contacts.

Thankfully, working remotely is something we are familiar with at Cooper Parry. Our people do it all the time – some occasionally, some regularly – so we don’t anticipate that this change will have a negative impact on our service to you.

Anyway, a solid plan always helps in times like these, so here goes:

Contacting us:
  • Phone call, text message, Microsoft Teams, e-mail – whichever one works best for you. When it comes to staying in touch with us, nothing will be changing other than face-to-face meetings.
Our service to you:
  • All our peoples’ laptops are set up for remote working, meaning the government’s guidelines shouldn’t disrupt our ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Communicating will be key during this period. We’ll be doing plenty of that with you to make sure you’re always up to speed. For example, we have a daily website update on all matters COVID-19 – for business and individuals. And we’ll keep this page updated to reflect any firm-wide changes going forward.

These are exceptional times, for sure. But we will all get through this with compassion, smart thinking, great tech and level-headedness.
