CAPDESK & CP FUTURES: CODIFYING CULTURE AND SAFEGUARDING IT AS YOU SCALE

Capdesk & Cooper Parry’s CP Futures team present their latest webinar in the start-up to scale-up series, this time focused on Scaling Culture.

We’ll hear from an expert panel on how to codify, manage and maintain your culture during the rapid growth and scale-up phase.

In the last decade, impressive company culture has become somewhat of a holy grail for scale-ups; an essential force in attracting and retaining the best talent, building an engaged, energised team and delivering stellar growth. Many scale-ups are reaping the rewards of combining culture with purpose and mission, too.

And yet, culture remains a huge blind spot for so many others, particularly when it comes to distilling it, or replicating it at scale.

That’s why we’re putting on this webinar and Q&A session, so you can find out how to carry your company culture forward through rapid growth.

     WHAT DID WE COVER?

    • Understanding your culture – How to uncover and codify your company culture.
    • Ownership of culture – Who should be held responsible for company culture? And how can you measure success?
    • Recruiting at pace – Why rapid hiring can actually pose an opportunity to improve company culture.
    • Culture + Purpose – Can combining purpose with culture create even more momentum?
